Terms and Conditions for the Highlands Golf Tour Package
1. Booking and Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost per person is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to the tour start date.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the tour start date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of the tour start date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and any payments made.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Itinerary Changes:
While we strive to adhere to the published itinerary, we reserve the right to make adjustments as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or conditions beyond our control (e.g., weather, course availability).
In the event of significant changes, we will inform participants as soon as possible.
4. Transportation:
The package includes transportation in a 7-seater rental SUV. All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and be insured to operate the rental vehicle.
Participants are responsible for any additional fuel costs incurred during the rental period.
5. Golf Course Policies:
All golfers must adhere to the rules and regulations of the golf courses included in the package.
Proper golf attire is required at all facilities.
6. Liability:
Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own personal safety and well-being during the tour.
We are not liable for any personal injuries, damage to personal property, or loss thereof during the trip.
7. Health and Fitness:
Participants attest that they are in good health and fit to engage in the activities included in the tour. Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
