  1. Pricing: All prices are based on occupancy in a twin or double room. Single occupancy rates may vary and will be provided upon request. Prices are subject to change based on availability and seasonal variations.
  2. Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure your trip. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to departure.
  3. Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellations must be received in writing. 

    If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to travel, the deposit will be forfeited.

    For cancellations made 30 days or less before the departure date, the full payment will be forfeited.

  1. Itinerary Modifications: All packages can be customized based on your preferences. However, any changes made to your itinerary may affect pricing and availability.
  2. Golf Course Bookings: All rounds of golf included in the packages are subject to availability. In the event that a course is fully booked, an alternative course will be offered.
  3. Weather Conditions: Golf is subject to prevailing weather conditions. If a course is deemed unplayable due to weather or course conditions, alternative arrangements will be made or a refund for the round may be provided at the discretion of the course management.
  4. Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of personal property.
  5. Travel Documentation: It is the guest's responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate travel documentation, including passports and any necessary visas, for travel.
  6. Liability: All Seasons Golf Travel (ASGT) will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the trip. Guests are responsible for their own safety and must comply with the course rules and regulations.
